About

  • My businesses name is Bean Original (bean is my nickname and it transforms into my motto 'be an original') my ethos is to not follow a crowd and be authentic to yourself. 

  • I've always loved nature, especially rocks and would spend hours on the beach studying each rocks shape and colours, hence why I decided to sell crystals and art inspired by the world around me.

  • Each trinket dish is handmade from concrete. I mix the concrete, pour it into a mould, let them set for three days, hand paint the design and finish them with a glossy top coat.

  • All crystals are consciously sourced and hand picked. Though it is hard to know the exact ethical origins of each crystal, it is a dream of mine to work directly with miners in the future!

  • My family is my greatest support, they help me with my business in every way they can and I am so thankful to have them by my side.

  • I appreciate all my customers and every order feels like a step closer to my dreams of creating a positive and uplifting world ♡

Returns

** Due to the fragile nature of our trinket dishes and crystals, they cannot be returned. All earrings are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons **

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return labels will not be provided, you will need to purchase one yourself.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damage

If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you send three clear pictures of the damage.

If an item has been slightly damaged in transit, we can offer a partial refund and ask that you return the item if you wish to receive a full refund.
